As the largest shareholder in the ISBR AG, the company that owns ISB, the AISB nominates three of their members to serve on the ISBR AG Board of Directors and also a member who represents AISB on the Finance Committee of the Board. Each member serves a three-year term.

The current AISB Representatives on the ISBR AG Board of Directors are:  Mathieu Jaus (also on Finance committee), Donna Latin and Annette Palmer. The AISB Representatives, along with five other Board members selected by other shareholders, under the leadership of the Chair, Cris Wilbur, are responsible for the strategic direction of ISB.
